After a pain-inducing chat session with FIOS tech support, they let me know that I was entitled to a free router and range-extender upgrade. For a mere $10 shipping I could get two spanking new pieces of hardware that might well improve my experience.with a stronger WiFi signal than the old. Let’s see how it goes…
