Category: Listening Diaries

Back after some time resting my ears. To review, this post lists all the music I’ve listened to at home since shortly after the pandemic started in early 2020.

You can also follow along on my Instagram feed in the right hand column. Updated through July 14, 2025.

The last of my series of monthly listening diaries. It’s too much of a hassle to be updating posts a few times a day! But the comprehensive pandemic and post-pandemic listening diary will still be running, as long as there are records to play.

Here’s what we’re listening to this month. The first half of the month I’ll be working through some big box sets, so there won’t be a ton of updates; but we’ll catch up later.

Summer’s just about over, but we’re still spinning some cool tunes.

Here’s the spin, direct from tom-mcgee.com world headquarters in New Jersey.

What’s happening? More record drops is what.

For May, 2023, a new batch of listening highlights. After our European adventure in April I hope to listen to some works related to our stops.

This month’s playlist.

This month I’ll be expanding my view a little, with some 70s – 80s rock classics given to me by a friend. Nothing trashy, mind you, just good music that’s stood the test of time.
