I don’t know, something about this intersection brings out the crazy.
This was the scene on my front lawn this morning. Nobody was hurt. According to the policeman on the scene, the driver said she was trying to put on the brakes but they didn’t work.

She knocked the crossing signal off my front lawn into the street, and came to rest butting up against the streetlight pole, which was slightly dented.
This happened a couple times even before I started this blog, on other corners of this intersection. I don’t know what it is…
