Speaking Of Birds
The Big Sit
I stopped by the Swamp today to shoot some pictures, and came across this group.
The annual “Big Sit” brings bird watchers out for a 24-hour marathon. They draw a circle in the parking lot at the overlook, bring their telescopes, binoculars and 400mm lenses and catalog every bird they see.
Wild Life
This nesting pair of cardinals has been in my yard all year. I’ve also got a family of rabbits — or as we like to call them, “bunnies” — under my shed. 
Summer Rolls In…
