We had 2.7 3.48 inches of rain yesterday, combined with a record amount of snow from February. The yard is a bog. There’s nowhere for the rain to go, but it keeps coming. A big tree fell across LF’s street about three blocks down, taking an array of power lines down with it. I don’t know what I’d do without my electric sump pump!
On the teevee, Microsoft commercials have people proudly claiming that Windows 7 was their idea. I bet nobody takes that kind of credit for Vista. At the risk of beating a dead horse, here’s a funny quirk.
When social justice prevails, those previously without power gain some; those who previously held all the power, lose some. And when economic justice prevails, (in the short run) those without means gain some; but (again in the short run) those with means lose some. Whom do you think is in the latter case of both?
If your ajax application doesn’t seem to be updating the page with new information, it might be that the content being delivered is cached. By putting a no-cache header into the server response, you should be able to eliminate the problem.
