Earth From Space

Mars of course is getting all the attention these days, but this just-released time-lapse video from the International Space Station is just stunning.

A couple of things struck me. One, how much the lit-up urban areas at night look like Jupiter’s moon Io. And, the shot at 1:44. I want a poster of that, or at least screen wallpaper!
