Tonight we put the final touches on the upgrade of lydiajohnsondance.org. Despite the holiday weekend, the staff was in attendance to knock out the last few changes.
Lydia asked for all new Flash movies at the top of each page. I ramped up my Flash skills just enough to be dangerous, swapping in new photos and extending where necessary, plus re-creating the navigation to include several new pages.
Deanne had the difficult job of sorting through thousands of photos to find the right ones to comprise the new Gallery page, and I came up with the css/javascript coding to make the slideshow part happen.
Lydia’s been a good client for a couple of years, and this marked a substantial reworking of the site. We’re liking it.
