Hannity, Off The Deep End Again

How wigged-out can he get? This clip is getting a lot of play, in which he takes a perfectly clear statement and turns it on its head. But there’s another more serious and subtle error here.
Language comprehension, a difficult task when your head is shaped like a bullet apparently. But I caught this little bit in the lead-in, among the litany of criticisms he throws around:
…and honors the National Day Of Prayer behind closed doors…–Sean Hannity
Sounds pretty bad doesn’t it? Well the Rev. Hannity needs to do his homework. Some of you know that this is a long-standing gripe of mine, when people get this wrong:
But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly. –Matthew 6:6

I remember the brouhaha over Matthew 6:6 at BW. That was a learning moment that stuck with me all these years.
I can’t believe anyone falls for that crap on FOX with the evidence of the past 29 years staring them in the face.
On a positive note I read somewhere today where the audience for NPR is actually quite a bit larger than FOX. Yay!
